The Caterpillar Room at Tender Time
(Infants ages 6 weeks up to 16 months old)
Staff to Child Ratio: 1 Adult per every 4 Children
Licensed for 15 Infants
Our infant program provides a safe, active, high-quality environment for the babies to develop excellent relationships with their caregivers and their peers. Each child has their own unique schedule.
We find great reward and satisfaction in helping children develop fine and large motor skills, seeing the delight on their faces when doing sensory activities, and expand their language skills through sign language and reading books. We explore creativity with the older infants through age appropriate crafts, arts and crafts, music, and singing. At Tender Time we are dedicated to providing all infants with the utmost learning experiences!
Items Needed from the Parents/Guardians:
- Diapers and Wipes
- Diaper Cream
- Breast Milk or Formula
- Bottles and Nipples
- Infant Cereal
- Jar Food if preferred
- Extra Clothes
- Sleep Sack/Swaddler (the State requires cribs to be blanket/pillow/stuffed animal free)
- The State requires a doctor note for both over the counter and prescription medications
